What is the purpose of a consultation?
The purpose of the free 15-minute consultation is to see if we would be a good fit for your mental health and therapeutic journey. During the consultation, we will explore your reasons for seeking therapy services, learn about how my approaches may be used to support you. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, which will all support you with deciding if you feel comfortable embarking on this journey together.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
It is important to us to make therapy accessible. If it seems that therapy is unaccessible due to financial barriers, then a sliding scale can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. However please note, that there are only a few sliding scale spots available, please contact us or book a free-consultation for more information.

Are your services covered by insurance?
Most insurance companies do cover Registered Psychotherapists. please clarify with your provider. Please note: at this time I do not offer direct-billing. Clients will receive receipts at the time of payment which can be sent to insurance companies for reimbursement.
