Teen Psychotherapy (12-17)

Adolescence can be a time of big emotions, identity exploration, and change. Teen therapy provides a safe and nonjudgmental space for young people to express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop confidence. Drawing on Narrative and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, sessions help teens make sense of their experiences, strengthen communication, and find healthy ways to cope. Together, we focus on supporting your teen’s sense of identity, resilience, and self-worth.

Couples/Relationship Psychotherapy
