Find Your Strength. Grow at Your Own Pace.

Therapy is about more than working through what has hurt. It’s also about building resilience and recognizing the strengths you already have.

Like a sunflower that turns toward the light, you can learn to move toward support, clarity and growth, even when things feel hard.

A Space for Growth, Healing, and Connection

We believe every person has an inner capacity for change. Our role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your story with care and curiosity, pause, and begin to rebuild balance.

Sunflower Psychotherapy and Counselling offers online and in-person sessions for individuals, teens, couples and families.

Adolescence brings big changes, emotionally, socially and personally. We offer a respectful, supportive space where teens are heard and can find their footing.

Family Psychotherapy

Families are connected systems, so when one person struggles, everyone feels it. Family sessions help you communicate more openly, understand each other and move forward together.

Couples/Relationship Psychotherapy

Relationships can be deeply fulfilling and deeply challenging. Therapy helps partners understand each other, work through conflict and strengthen their connection.
